What this site publishes

shedcutlist.com publishes a free 8x8 lean-to shed plan, a free material calculator, and paid generated plan downloads: a single parametric plan, two style bundles and a complete bundle. Every plan is produced by a framing engine from the size, roof and door chosen at checkout.

Intellectual property

Plans, drawings, cut lists and the text of the guides are the property of WEABLE SAS or its licensors. A purchased plan may be used to build as many sheds as the buyer wishes, including on behalf of clients, but the plan files themselves may not be resold or redistributed as a product.

Building regulations

Permit requirements, setback distances, height limits and foundation requirements are set by the authority having jurisdiction at the build location, and the plans name the published span tables their framing is bounded against. Confirming local requirements before building is part of the project.

Affiliate disclosure

Some pages link to tools and materials through the Amazon Associates program. As an Amazon Associate this site earns from qualifying purchases, at no additional cost to the reader.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered in a field hosted by Stripe and never reach this site, which receives the confirmation, the email address given at checkout and the transaction reference. What this site stores and how long it keeps it is described on the privacy policy page.

What a plan is and is not

A plan sold here is a generated construction document: dimensioned views, a cut list with finished lengths, a sheet goods layout, a hardware list and an assembly order. It is not a stamped engineering drawing, it carries no professional seal, and it does not certify compliance with any particular local code. Where framing is bounded against published span tables, the tables are named in the plan so the assumption can be checked rather than trusted.

Corrections

An error of fact in a plan or a guide is corrected at the source, in the engine or in the page, so that later downloads carry the fix. Report one from the contact page with the configuration concerned. Terms covering delivery, refunds and buyer rights are on the terms of sale page.
