Which sizes and roofs are available?
Six footprints: 8x8, 8x10, 10x10, 10x12, 12x12 and 12x16, each in feet (width by depth). Gable roof is available on all six; lean-to roof is available on 8x8, 8x10 and 10x10 only, since a deeper lean-to rafter would need to run longer than a 12 ft board. Door is single (36 in) or double (60 in) on every size.
What do I actually get in a download?
A ZIP with a start-here PDF showing dimensioned wall, floor and roof views plus an axonometric sketch, a cut-list PDF packed onto 8, 10 and 12 ft stock lumber, a panel-layout PDF broken out by siding, floor decking, roof sheathing and door panel sheets, a numbered assembly-order text file, a bill of materials as a JSON file, an editable-price shopping-list spreadsheet with every framing, panel, roofing, hardware and fastener line item, and a floor plan SVG per size.
Are these plans code-compliant or load-tested?
No. Framing spans are bounded to line up with published span tables (IRC, AWC span tables), not a building code requirement for your specific site, and no shed has been physically built or load-tested. Check your local building permit and setback rules with your town before you build.
What is the difference between the parametric plan, the style bundle and the full bundle?
The $29 parametric plan is one size, one roof and one door built to order. The $49 style bundle is every size in one roof style (gable or lean-to). The $79 full bundle is every gable size plus every size lean-to supports, all in one download.
Why does a 12x16 shed have spliced boards in the cut list?
A 12x16 shed is 16 ft deep, longer than the longest 12 ft stock length this site plans around. Where a single board would need to run over 12 ft, the engine splices it the way carpenters actually do on site: a lapped, bolted overlap for floor skids and the ridge board, or a butt joint over a stud for wall plates. Every spliced piece is labeled as such in the cut list.
Do you sell saws, screws or hardware?
No. Shed Cut List sells plan downloads only. The materials page links to saws, drivers, squares and fasteners through the Amazon Associates program.
